New Millennium Fitness features 13,000 square feet of the newest, and most aggressive cardiovascular, free weight and sectorized exercise equipment in the industry including Body Master, Nautilus, and Hammer Strength. Equipment is set up in circuits and numbered to facilitate ease of workouts.

Cardiovascular Equipment

NMF’s line of new cardiovascular technology is second to none, featuring Stairmasters, upright and recumbent bikes by LifeCycle, treadmills by Life Fitness, and transports by Precor Eliptical. Our cardio area also features televisions for your entertainment.

Free Weight

Our free weight area is equipped with 5 flatbenches,…… and 20,000 lbs. of free weights available to anyone who enjoys the challenge of iron. Our collection consists of rubberized Ivanco dumbbells from 5 lbs. to 100 lbs. in double sets and pre-weighted barbells.

Resistance Equipment

We have the largest fitness floor in Mebane featuring a vast selection of the best and latest resistance equipment. We have duplicates of our most popular machines including, Body Masters, Hammer Strength, and Nautilus.

Aerobic Classes

We offer a variety of aerobics classes from beginner to advanced. Our aerobics studio is equipped with a suspended floor designed to absorb shock. Classes are instructed by certified aerobics instructors offering the latest and popular specialty classes such as cardio kick boxing, spin, Yoga, pilates, and muscle pump.

Personal Trainers

Certified Personal Trainers are available to work along side you for an additional charge. Your trainer will assist in education, proper technique, and will personalize a fitness program tailored especially for you and your fitness goals.

Kids Space

For your convenience, we offer an area for children ages 3-12 Monday thru Friday from 9:00am to 11:00am  & 4:00pm to 7:00pm. Possible weekend hours coming soon.
