Water Works
Excellent fast paced work out for burning calories. All levels of fitness are capable of doing exercises at a slower pace. We will work a little with the waterlogs (noodles). No admission to class without something to drink.
Aquatone
This is a water toning class that is great for abs, gluts, and core strengthening. We will do some suspension work and some aerobics. We will work with water-logs (noodles). No admission to class without something to drink.
SilverSplash
SilverSplash is Healthways NEW older adult group water fitness program designed to enhance each individual?s quality of life and daily function. SilverSplash utilizes the physical properties of the water to enhance agility, range of motion and cardiovascular conditioning. No swimming ability is required to get wet, be strong, and meet new friends in SilverSplash.

Levels I, II, & III
Level I (3-6 years old) is designed as a child?s first learning experience in the pool without parental assistance. Students are taught basic skills. This class includes a teacher with up to 6 students for 30 minutes. Progression through the levels occurs once a child has mastered the skills need to complete this level.
Level II (3 years and up) is designed for the student that is comfortable with their face in the water and feet off the bottom. It is NOT necessary for the child to have completed level I before registering for level II. However, it is important that the child can comfortably perform most of the skills in level I.
Level III is designed for the student that has taken lessons before and can perform more advance swimming skills proficiently. Please see an associate for a list of all skills for each level.
Babies(mommy & me)
Parent / child swim lessons- 6 months (crawling) to 36 months. This is a class structured to teach the parent as well as the child in proper techniques for the development of strong swimming skills. This is a great place for all new, young swimmers to begin. A series of swimming skills will be the foundation of the instruction. This is a gentle, child-centered approach to learning to swim. We will allow the children to have fun while the instructor guides you on when to recognize that your child is ready for the next step.
$60 for 8 classes for a member
$70 for 8 classes for a non-member
Privates may be scheduled per availability, discount given when scheduling 5.
$40 /30 min lesson for a member

Jump, Jive & Wail
This is a classic water aerobic class. It’s aqua dancing to a motivating beat.
Scuba Diving
